How far would you go to preserve your family home? In the case of 98-year-old Huang Yung-Fu, you’d turn it into an entire tourist attraction. But in his case, instead of a family home, it was an entire village. The village of Nantun to be exact.

Back in its hay day, there were as many as 1200 homes in the village. Many of the people that lived there were former soldiers who were given government housing after their service. But as the years went on those numbers dwindled until only about 10 or 11 households remained.
